This page explains what information Anode Technical Institute collects when you make an account and study with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your account name and email address.
• Your course progress, and your quiz and lab results.
• Files and notes you upload as assignments.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Payment records, such as the amount, date, and the payment provider's reference number for the transaction.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card number. Monthly and one-time payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, and card details are handled entirely on their systems.

How we use it

We use this information to run the courses, grade your work, issue and verify credentials, and answer the questions you send us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that keep the school running: our hosting and database provider, and our payment provider, Stripe. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and course records for as long as your account is open, and for as long afterward as needed to answer support requests, verify credentials, and meet our own record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can see and correct most of your own records directly in the student portal. If you would like your account closed and your records deleted, ask us through the contact form.

Staying signed in and tracking

The site uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in between visits. We do not track your reading habits for advertising purposes.
