Refunds & cancellation
Studying is always free. These policies apply to payments made toward a credential: technician certificates ($99 one-time or $35/month), the associate degree ($99/month), the bachelor's degree ($149/month), and the master's degree ($199/month).
14-day refund
You can get a full refund on any payment within 14 days of that payment. To ask for one, contact us through the contact form with the date and amount of the payment. After 14 days, that payment is no longer refundable.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are recurring card payments handled by Stripe; we never store your card number. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Failed payments
If a monthly card payment fails, access tied to that payment may pause until the payment is successfully retried or updated.
When a credential is issued
A credential is issued once the required tuition has been paid and the program's requirements have been completed.
