Steam Sterilizer Repair Technician
A 21-credit certificate for central sterile and surgical services equipment technicians. Saturated steam theory and sterility assurance, chamber and jacket construction, steam quality and water treatment, vacuum and cycle control systems, control-wiring diagnosis, and the documentation that keeps a department survey-ready. The last two courses cover advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, then inspection, regulations and compliance.

Pre-vacuum and gravity cycles, water-ring pumps, cycle charts, PLC controls, and pressure/temperature sensing.
Electrical & Electronic Troubleshooting for Sterilizers
Control wiring, relays and contactors, sensor calibration, alarm codes, and systematic electrical diagnosis.

Advanced Troubleshooting and Board-Level Diagnostics
