Advanced Troubleshooting and System-Level Diagnostics

Building upon foundational knowledge, PAC 190 delves into sophisticated methodologies for maintaining the reliability and performance of picture archiving and communication systems. The curriculum covers in-depth analysis of server and storage infrastructure failures, intricate DICOM and HL7 interface diagnostics, and advanced network tracing techniques. Students will master log analysis, identify and resolve workstation and display anomalies, and practice systematic fault isolation using industry best practices. Emphasis is placed on practical application through hands-on labs and a culminating capstone project, ensuring graduates are proficient in service documentation and complex problem-solving in a vendor-neutral environment.
