Mammography Machine Service Technician
A 15-credit certificate focused on mammography's tight tolerances. Molybdenum and rhodium target x-ray production, compression force systems, grids and AEC, digital detector gain and flat-field calibration, tomosynthesis, phantom image scoring and CNR testing, dose measurement, and the compliance testing schedule the modality requires. The last two courses cover advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, then inspection, regulations and compliance.
