A 63-credit associate of applied science for technicians entering semiconductor fabrication and test. You move from device fundamentals and circuits through materials science, process fundamentals, cleanroom and vacuum systems, wafer fabrication operations, device characterization, statistical process control, IC layout, failure analysis, packaging, MEMS, and process integration, finishing with a fabricated and tested device capstone.
